Returns & Exchanges

Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us via e-mail sales@layereddesign.co.nz within three days of receiving your item, including a photo if the fault is visible (it may be necessary for the item to be returned for assessment - if this is the case we will arrange and pay for a courier to collect the item from a place that is convenient for you). If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge. 

Store credits available.

There will be no returns or exchange on SALE or end-of-line items.

If the item (or items) are being exchanged it must be in perfect, unused condition and have all packaging & Boxes. We do accept returns of wallpaper and tiles, however there will be a 25% return fee and they must be returned within 30days of purchase. Please note, we only accept full boxes of tiles.

We (Layered Design, The paint pot Ltd) have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please note that when you purchase our products that you will not be able to claim any compensation for such variation or change in colour.
